Muslim Host provides cloud hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, domain registration, and related services. Our services are subject to these Terms and any additional terms that may apply to specific services.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

• You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our services
• You are responsible for all content hosted on your account
• You must not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis and with a valid payment method. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

• Automatic renewal may be enabled for subscription services
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control are excluded from this guarantee. In the event of service disruption, we will work to restore services as quickly as possible.

You may not use our services to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of our services

While we may provide backup services, you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your data. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur. We recommend maintaining your own regular backups of all important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANUB LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data upon termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
